Bloom Finance is designed to help you plan and track your money in a calm, private way. By installing or using Bloom Finance you agree to the terms below. These Terms are written to be human-readable — please read them.

1. Who we are

Bloom Finance is developed by Glo Bloom Studio (“Glo Bloom Studio”, “we”, “us”). If anything in these Terms is unclear you can always email us at hello@globloomstudio.com.

2. Your use of the app

Bloom Finance is a local-first app. You do not need to create an account for normal on-device use, and information you enter is stored locally on this device. Optional features — account sign-in, Bloom Finance account sync, and Owner Management — require transmitting selected information to Bloom Finance servers or authentication services so those features can work; using them is entirely your choice. You are responsible for keeping this device secure and for backing up anything you consider important. You must be at least 13 years old to use Bloom Finance. If you are between 13 and 17, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. You agree to provide accurate information when you enter data into the app.

3. What Bloom Finance is (and is not)

Bloom Finance is a personal money-planning and tracking tool. It is not a bank, a lender, a broker, a payment processor, an investment adviser, an accountant, a tax adviser, or a legal adviser. It does not connect to your bank accounts and does not move real money. Nothing in the app is financial, tax, or investment advice.

4. Pro subscriptions

Bloom Pro is a paid subscription offered through Apple In-App Purchases (iOS) or Google Play Billing (Android). Pricing, promotional offers, free-trial durations, charges, and cancellations are configured and processed by Apple or Google under their published store policies and may vary by region. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them from your device’s App Store or Google Play settings. Bloom Pro unlocks account-based Pro access, subject to device-authorization limits and store-transaction rules; it is not a promise of any specific future feature or service.

5. Refunds

Refunds for Bloom Pro subscriptions are processed by Apple or Google under their published store refund policies. Bloom Finance cannot issue refunds directly.

6. No professional advice

The information, calculations, projections and suggestions inside Bloom Finance are for personal-organization purposes only. They do not constitute financial, investment, tax, accounting or legal advice. You are responsible for the financial decisions you make.

7. Limitation of liability

Bloom Finance is provided “as is” and “as available.” While we strive to provide a reliable and accurate experience, we cannot guarantee that the app will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every situation. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Glo Bloom Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or financial damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, Bloom Finance.

8. Ending your use

You can stop using Bloom Finance at any time by uninstalling the app. Uninstalling may remove the local copy of your data from that device. If you have used Bloom Finance account sync or other account-based features, uninstalling the app does not delete data stored on your Bloom Finance account and does not cancel any active Bloom Pro subscription. To cancel Bloom Pro, use your device’s App Store or Google Play subscription settings. To delete synced account data, use the in-app account deletion flow or email hello@globloomstudio.com.

9. Intellectual property

Bloom Finance, the Bloom Finance name, Glo Bloom Studio, logos, graphics, themes, designs and other branding are the intellectual property of Glo Bloom Studio and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the personal financial information and other content you create and store within the app.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Bloom Finance, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the operation of the service, reverse engineer the application except where permitted by law, or use the app for unlawful purposes.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. To the extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Bloom Finance will be resolved in the appropriate courts located in New York.

12. Future features and account services

Any features described in the app as “coming soon” or as future improvements are aspirational. Bloom Pro entitles you to the Pro features currently available in the app. It is not a purchase of any specific future service or unreleased capability. Owner Management is an administrative membership system that may manage things like subscriptions, invitations, discounts, account status, and membership benefits; it is not a finance data storage service. Future changes to these optional services will be reflected in these Terms of Service.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms over time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced inside the app.
